Shipping Policy

Nature’s Envy processes every order in 24-48 hours upon order placement. We ship directly to your home within 5-7 days of placing an order.

If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you when that item will be available prior to shipping your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a day or two. Should there be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of your order date for orders placed on naturesenvy.us and shipping within the contiguous United States as long as the item is new and unopened. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded, and customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to Nature’s Envy.

Simply send an email to hello@naturesenvy.us to process your return. Please allow 7-14 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.
